Located within the restored Sovereign Hotel, built in the 1940s, Soho Beach House transforms the historic landmark into a 15-storey oceanfront members’ club and hotel. The property comprises 50 rooms, a Cowshed Spa, Cecconi’s, and a series of private and communal outdoor spaces designed to balance privacy with community.

The design honours the distinctive Soho House aesthetic while drawing on Miami Beach’s cultural heritage and Cuban influences. Bespoke furniture, rugs, and detailing run throughout, blending rich textures, bold patterns, and sun-warmed tones to evoke an effortless, nostalgic sophistication. Emphasising seamless indoor–outdoor living, the scheme flows from the street-facing entry to the pool, gardens, and ocean beyond, an environment that embodies Miami’s coastal modernism through craftsmanship, texture, and light.
