Riverstone Heights is a branded residence in East London. The new-build development comprises 204 apartments along with co-working and event spaces, a residents’ kitchen, and a rooftop garden with dining areas, all designed to foster connection and a sense of community.

ADC & Tuneu’s vision for the building celebrates material honesty, greenery, and social connection. The interior design draws inspiration from London’s Brutalist heritage, particularly the Barbican and its landscaped terraces. An earthy palette of natural materials, timber panelling, and soft neutrals brings warmth to the architecture, while low-slung seating, iconic curved sofas, and bespoke rugs and fabrics evoke the atmosphere of a members’ club within a residential setting. Thoughtful drapery, natural light, and abundant planting lend the interiors a quiet sophistication, creating a calm, grounded expression of contemporary living.
