Named for Pauline Baker, wife and muse of cocktail writer Charles H. Baker Jr., it embodies a shared spirit of romance, travel, and discovery.

ADC & Tuneu’s design reinterprets this narrative through a language of modernism and tropical luxury. A grand marble bar in vibrant aqua and jade tones forms the centrepiece, complemented by Deco-inspired detailing, geometric patterned fabrics, and textured timber surfaces. Layered greenery and soft lighting evoke warmth and intimacy, creating an atmosphere that feels both glamorous and rooted in Miami Beach’s golden era.
